Fast, safe, and contact-free - the benefits of induction heating are diverse. It makes very high temperatures possible in a matter of seconds and it can be easily reproduced and automated. Yet what is the secret to making the most of induction? Two HÜTTINGER induction experts deal with this question in an article they co-wrote: "Development of customized solutions - an interesting challenge of modern induction heating," in the book "Advances in Induction and Microwave Heating," from the Open Access Publisher InTech.

HÜTTINGER's Dr. Elmar Wrona and Jens-Uwe Mohring describe in their article a customer's heating problem in detail, presenting a solution in which they introduce generator technology as well as the tools application engineers use.

The book contains a second section from HÜTTINGER: In the chapter "Use of Induction Heating in Plastic Injection Molding," Wrona explains the benefits of using induction in the field of injection molding.

The Open Access publisher InTech has published more than 200 books from various scientific fields, including electronics, materials science and medicine. They can be viewed free of charge on the publisher's website. The latest publication, "Advances in Induction and Microwave Heating," covers current issues related to induction and microwave heating.

Interested readers can find the book with contributions from HÜTTINGER from the end of February, for download free of charge at: http://www.intechopen.com
