The sensors for the smallest temperature differences:
Pyrometers are used for touch-free temperature measurement of various surfaces in a temperature range from room temperature to over 2,000 ° C. The temperatures are measured very precisely and with the shortest reaction times. The tough construction permits use under the extreme conditions, e.g. in electromagnetic fields, that exist in inductive heating processes.
Coupled with a programmable controller, pre-set temperature sequences can be followed. Software permits the measurement and visualization of the temperatures. In this way, the course of the process can be completely documented.
This is made possible by the calibrated connection of the programmable controller to the generator. Via an interface, the programmable controller controls the generator output that is needed to reach the process temperature.

Programmable Controllers
All pyrometers can be combined with a additional programmable controller. So there is the possibility to follow defined temperature profiles and to evaluate them via PC.
