MF Generators TruPlasma MF Series 7000

Reaching new levels in plasma excitation

Convince yourself of the advantages of our TruPlasma MF 7000 generators:

  • broad ranges of power and frequency
  • modular design
  • rapid arc management
Features Benefits
Broad range of power and frequencies   Handles great variety of processes and applications
Advanced arc management and low residual energy   Allows the thinnest homogeneous coats
Extremely rapid arc management   High rates even in critical processes
Flexible connection design   Allows easy integration in system concepts
High current reserve   Broad power adjustment range
Minimally vulnerable to breakdown and service needs   High availability and service life

The TruPlasma MF Series 7000 offers a modular generator design. Through a broad range of power and frequency it allows many different applications in plasma excitation. The extremely rapid ArcManagement ensures process stability and recognizes virtually delay-free arcs. As a result, it is possible to apply thin coatings efficiently and reliably.

For example, this class makes it possible to coat architectural glass and films. Excellent results are being achieved with dual magnetron sputtering with planar and rotating magnetrons in reactive mode.
